Nebula and Hugo Awards Finalist

April 16, 2022 S. B. Divya

MACHINEHOOD is a finalist for the Nebula Award for Best Novel! I'm so excited and honored to share the ballot with some amazing books and authors. I'm also super proud to be the first South Asian to make this particular ballot, and I hope to see many more in the coming years. You can find the complete list of finalists here: https://nebulas.sfwa.org/sfwa-announces-nebula-award-finalists/

The award ceremony will be streamed live on Saturday, May 21. Tune in to the SFWA Events page to watch it.

If you haven't purchased a copy of the book yet, the paperback edition is on sale everywhere: Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Mysterious Galaxy.

I'm also overjoyed to announce that ESCAPE POD has been nominated a fourth time (!!) for the Hugo Award for Best Semiprozine (semi-professional magazine), and Mur and I have made the Hugo ballot for Best Editor, Short Form, for the second time! I'm really hoping to make it to Chicago for this year's WorldCon and Hugo Award Ceremony in September.
